The Vikriti Is the disturbance of the natural constitution that is most often due to a lifelong process of habits and lifestyle practices that are in opposition to one's unique nature. Vikriti is the end result of living out of harmony with your true nature. (Vikriti may be seen as your life condition) i.e. the end result of our reactions to the life experience.

As vikriti is the current state of an individual. It is the state of your body and mind in which you are more prone to disease. These questions are intended to assess your current life situation, including any recent stresses, illnesses, or life changes. It is most helpful if you answer these questions according to what has been true for you over the past few weeks and months.

In other words this test concentrates on determining your dosha imbalance. You should answer the questions based on your condition now. This will answer the question, what's out of balance that needs stabilizing?

Take this part of the test once now and then again every three months to monitor your progress. When determining your vikriti, identify your problem areas by focusing on symptoms that are occurring now or that have occurred consistently within the last two weeks.
